Matt Ham is an AI entrepreneur and 3x founder who has spent his career founding companies and consulting on marketing. operational and management solutions. Matt has strong analytical skills and specializes in growing companies by building robust and scalable systems. Matt ran his first company while in grad school at Columbia University, starting his first independent venture two years later. Since that time, he has continuously owned one or more businesses in online marketing, retail electronics repair, management consulting, and AI development with multiple successful exits. Matt is currently working in AI, on a mission to help small-medium businesses (SMBs) overcome operational challenges required to cost-effectively grow their business by building, refactoring, and automating processes using software and AI. He believes that by utilizing commercial software technologies, integrating systems, and intelligently designing frictionless workflows customized around a business need, SMBs can reduce operational costs to scale while simultaneously improving service consistency and quality.
