This policy describes the refreshed directory and its contribution workflow. Updated September 20, 2026.
Information we store
We store account information through Supabase Auth; public professional profiles; submitted profile changes, proof of work, and correction reports; and the review history needed to operate the directory. Private submissions are visible to their submitter and authorized editors.
Public professional information
Published profiles and approved contributions are public and may be indexed by search engines. Profiles may be based on information submitted by a person or collected from public professional sources. Contact us to correct or remove a listing.
Files and AI analysis
Files are private while pending. When you request AI organization, the selected link content or uploaded file is sent to OpenRouter and its model provider. Their processing policies apply. We request providers that deny data collection for our analysis requests. Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal information. An approved uploaded source becomes publicly downloadable.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. OpenRouter routes optional AI analysis. These services may process technical request information to operate and protect their systems. External links, including affiliated sites, have their own policies.
Browser storage
Supabase stores your sign-in session in browser storage. The shortlist is stored on your device. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing when you submit a profile or contribution.
Retention and your choices
We retain published records while they remain part of the directory and submission history for moderation and correction handling. Unpublished uploads can be removed on request. Contact markfulton.com@gmail.com to request access, correction, account deletion, or removal of uploaded material.
